Queen's Award for Enterprise 2006
London College of Accountancy (LCA) is delighted to announce that it has won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade. It is the only accountancy college to receive the award since the scheme started in 1966.The award has been made for LCA’s outstanding performance in building business in up to 100 markets worldwide. In the six years since the college opened, its student population has grown from 250 to 4,500. A significant majority of these students come from China, the Indian sub-continent and Africa.
Founder and Managing Director Ravi Gill says: ‘Exam success is a top priority for us. We have grown so rapidly by attracting the best quality lecturers and by giving our students access to the best tuition in a supportive environment at affordable prices. The Queen’s Award will add to our credibility abroad.’
