ACCA Qualification
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants is one of the world's leading accountancy organisations. Its members are internationally recognised in public practice, industry, commerce and the public sector. ACCA membership also allows you to obtain status as a Registered Auditor.

Entry requirements
There are a number of entry routes which take into account previous school leaver and graduate qualifications and allow you to study for the ACCA qualification, provided you are 18 or over.

If you do not have the standard qualifications, you may apply for Mature Student Entry provided you are over 21.

You will be given two years to pass Papers F2 and F3, and will then have 10 years to complete the remaining papers ACCA exams sittings take place every year in June and December. Students who wish to sit ACCA examinations must register as a student with ACCA. Enrolment on an LCA course does not register you with ACCA.

Exemptions
Relevant graduates may be awarded some exemptions for papers in the Fundamental level. An exemption fee must be paid for each paper awarded. Contact ACCA for further information.

  • F3 Financial Accounting (FA)

  • F4 Corporate and Business Law (CL)
  • F5 Performance Management (PM)
  • F6 Taxation (TX)
  • F7 Financial Reporting (FR)
  • F8 Audit and Assurance (AA)
  • F9 Financial Management (FM)

Professional level (5 papers in total)

Essentials module (all 3 papers)

  • P1 Professional Accountant (PA)
  • P2 Corporate Reporting (CR)
  • P3 Business Analysis (BA)

Options module (any 2 papers)

  • P4 Advanced Financial Management (AFM)
  • P5 Advanced Performance Management (APM)
